Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, data collection software, and electronic health records is commonly required. Communication with supervisors and families is key to balancing your availability and ensuring client progress.

What are part-time RBTs?

Part-time RBTs typically work flexible hours, which may include evenings or weekends, making the role suitable for students or individuals seeking supplemental income. Their responsibilities and required qualifications are the same as full-time RBTs, but with fewer weekly hours.
