Job description

Hello from Kids First,

We’re expanding our team and looking for Behavior Technicians (BTs & RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy across Buffalo area.

If you’re looking to make a real impact while building a long-term career, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
  • Work with a BCBA to support skill development
  • Track progress and create a safe, positive environment

Compensation
