We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Aim Higher ABA Therapy in Las Vegas, Nevada. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism learn and thrive through individualized consultation and intervention services.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children ages 2-12 with autism, focusing on behavioral goals and outcomes
* Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Managers
* Collect and record data on client progress, identifying areas of improvement and communicating with team members
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment, adhering to all necessary protocols and procedures

* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
**Requirements:**
