OBJECTIVE

To work under the direction of the Nashville South Worship Director and in coordination with the Worship Arts Ministry in carrying out the five functions of the New Testament Church: worship, discipleship, evangelism, fellowship, and ministry. Essentially, the Nashville South Campus Technical Directors responsibility is to provide leadership for all technical areas of worship primarily on Sunday mornings, but also at campus events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and direct all audio and visual elements on Sunday mornings at RHCC Nashville South.
• Develop and coach volunteer teams to execute all technical elements of worship ministry.
• Be responsible for directing the set-up of Sunday mornings at RHCC Nashville South.
• Assist with production meetings with the worship team and tech staff on Sunday mornings.
• Address areas of tech support and media repair for all large and small group gathering spaces at the Nashville South campus including, but not limited to, the auditorium, family ministry environments, and Community Center spaces.
• Participate in regularly scheduled 1-on-1 meetings with direct supervisor, as well as monthly Nashville South campus meetings and monthly All-Staff meetings, unless otherwise noted.
• Participate in central tech meetings and training as scheduled by the Central Production Director.
• Work directly with Nashville South Worship Director to plan and create worship moments and environments.
• Provide technical support to RHCC Nashville South and Community Center events or activities.
• Provide technical assistance for central events and ministries as agreed upon by the Nashville South Worship Director and Central Production Director.
• Regularly work 22 hours per week, making sure to stay within and not exceed the approved scheduled work week.
