What You'll Do
  • Champion hospital-wide patient safety initiatives by implementing standardized safety coaching frameworks aligned with evidence-based practices and organizational safety goals.

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of clinical practices to evaluate compliance with DNV, CMS, and organizational standards.
  • Analyze quality and safety data to identify care gaps, near-miss trends, and risk-adjusted outcomes.
  • Transform complex data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations that support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leaders and interdisciplinary teams to develop actionable strategies that address system-level challenges and improve outcomes.
  • Partner across departments to investigate and resolve safety concerns while optimizing care delivery processes, particularly during periods of increased patient volume or surge demands.
  • Support quality committees and leadership initiatives by translating regulatory requirements and audit findings into sustainable improvement strategies.
  • Manage quality-focused projects while balancing core responsibilities and emerging organizational priorities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, patient-centered care, and safety throughout the organization.

Additional Job Description
What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of one year of professional Registered Nurse experience required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Experience in quality management, healthcare auditing, performance improvement, or a related healthcare role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, quality reporting, and written communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and successfully contribute as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and patient- and family-centered care.

Why This Role Matters
Every audit tells a story. Every patient and family voice provides an opportunity to improve. Every quality initiative can make care safer and better.
