Compensation: $17 per hour
Availability: Part-time, flexible hours

We own, operate, and manage multiple apartment buildings in New York City and handle everything from property management to compliance, tenant relations, and operational improvements. Our Hartsdale office is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented intern to assist with a variety of real-world business operations.
Who You Are:
  • No prior experience required - We expect that you're a student eager to learn.
  • Curious and proactive - You take initiative, ask questions, and enjoy problem-solving.
  • Reliable and organized - You can follow through on tasks and keep track of details.
What You'll Do:
We assign tasks based on real needs, meaning your work will have a direct impact on business operations. Responsibilities may include:
  • Management & Operations Projects - Help streamline and improve company processes.
  • Financial Reconciliation - Assist in matching Section 8 payments against leases and prescribed rents.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Paperwork - Support filings, permits, and the resolution of open violations.
  • Tenant & Property Coordination - Organize access for repairs and assist with peak vacancy season logistics.
  • Marketing & Outreach - Contribute to marketing strategies and tenant communications.
  • Data Management & Reporting - Build reports, organize records, and support data analysis projects.
  • Technology & Workflow Automation - Get hands-on exposure to industry software and help identify operational improvements.
