Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Morrisville, NC 27560
Schedule: Part-Time
  • Required: Mondays and Fridays
  • Preferred: Availability to work 3 days per week
  • Shift: 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Respond to emails and general office inquiries
  • Maintain the front desk and reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with filing, copying, scanning, and other administrative tasks
  • Support office staff with various clerical duties
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
