What you'll do:
- Answers phones in a professional and timely manner
- Directs calls to appropriate departments and takes messages as needed
- Greets visitors warmly and assists with questions and facility tours
- Provides directions and general information to guests, residents, and vendors
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail to staff and residents
- Maintains a clean, organized front desk/work area
- Assists department heads with administrative tasks as requested
- Schedules medical and follow-up appointments and updates tracking systems
- Follows infection control policies and facility procedures
- Performs additional duties as assigned

What we're looking for:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Basic phone and computer skills required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- General office experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 25-50 lbs. unassisted
- Exposure to body fluids and communicable diseases
- Adequate vision and hearing (with or without assistive devices) to perform duties
- Meets facility health requirements as outlined in policy
