Bob Ward's is committed to delivering an outstanding online shopping experience, from click to doorstep. We're looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Internet Fulfillment Specialist to support and streamline our e-commerce order fulfillment operations at our Missoula store.
In this role, you'll manage the full order fulfillment process for our online customers-ensuring orders are picked, packed, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time. You'll also play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and proper product locations to support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Use technology and inventory systems to locate products on the sales floor and in backstock areas.
- Review, process, pick, and fulfill online orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Pack and label products securely, arrange shipments, and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure product availability.
- Manage and maintain accurate locations for products not displayed on the sales floor.
- Address and resolve order-related issues, including returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of order transactions and inventory levels.
- Participate in continuous process improvement activities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute to a positive, cohesive team environment and support teamwork across departments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet daily deadlines.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to use technology, inventory systems, and order management tools effectively.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages, and perform other physical tasks related to fulfillment.
- Fast learner with a sense of urgency, energy, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow established processes and procedures.
- Ability to problem-solve and resolve order-related issues efficiently.
Helpful
- Experience with order management systems (OMS) and shipping software.
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail, warehouse, or fulfillment environment.
- Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing 25+ lbs.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners, handheld devices, and other warehouse technology.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online order processing.
- Basic math and data entry skills for inventory management.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace.

- What is the schedule for this job?
- Part-time position, Sunday through Saturday, with open and closing shift rotations. Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours, typically totaling 18-29 hours per week, and may include morning, afternoon, and evening hours. Typical schedules can include 9 AM-1 PM, 10 AM-2 PM, 11 AM-3 PM, 12-6 PM, 5-9 PM, 8 AM-5 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 12-9 PM. Rotating Saturdays. Saturdays and holidays required.
