We're currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in the Virginia Beach, VA area.

Whether you're an experienced RBT or looking to continue growing your career in ABA therapy, you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with children, celebrate meaningful milestones, and make a lasting difference every day.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide individualized ABA therapy services in home, school, and clinic settings. You'll work closely with families and clinical supervisors to support each child's unique goals while creating positive learning experiences that encourage growth and success.

This role offers flexibility, professional development opportunities, and the chance to be part of a team that is passionate about changing lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, school, and clinic environments

• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and accurately document client progress data

• Collaborate with families and team members to support client success

• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

• Help children develop skills that promote independence, communication, and confidence

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $26 - $34 per hour

• Part-Time Positions Available

• Afternoon & Early Evening Schedule

• Location: Virginia Beach, VA Area

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

• Experience working with children or in ABA services is a plus, but not required

• Ability to pass a background check

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
