  • Track progress through behavior data collection and clinical notes
  • Attend ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow your ABA career

Pay & Schedule

  • $20.00–$27.00/hour, plus paid drive time and mileage between sessions
  • Consistent, school-day hours (typically 7:30 AM–3:30 PM)
  • Part-time and full-time hours available; full-time starts at 30 hrs/week

  • Health, vision, and dental insurance
  • Flexible Spending Account

Get certified while you work: We pay for your training and shadowing as you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) certification, with direct support from BCBAs. Non-billable time, including training, is paid at prevailing minimum wage.

That starts with how we hire: no group interviews, just getting to know you individually. Once you're on the team, you'll get hands-on, in-person training from our BCBAs, plus ongoing mentoring and development to help you grow.
