Primary Responsibilities:

· Professionally answer and manage incoming phone calls.

· Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

· Scan and accurately attach documents into our management system.

· Assist with additional clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED (no college degree required).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· General computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.

· Business casual attire is required.

· Must successfully pass a background check.
