What You'll Do

  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Handle service tickets, customer paperwork, and dealer transactions
  • Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, organization)
  • Support daily dealership operations as needed
