Job description

Arctic Snow & Ice Control is seeking a dependable and organized Parts Manager to support our fast-paced shop and fleet operations. This role is critical to maintaining efficient workflow, minimizing downtime, and ensuring our parts inventory is accurate, stocked, and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily parts operations and inventory levels to support in-house maintenance and repairs

• Maintain accurate inventory records through consistent data entry and tracking

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering to prevent shortages or delays

• Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and parts-related documentation

• Coordinate and complete parts pickups as needed

• Organize and maintain the parts department for efficiency and accessibility

• Communicate with shop leadership regarding inventory needs and operational support

Requirements:

• Strong computer and data entry skills (Excel experience preferred)

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
