We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our team. This position assists customers and technicians in identifying, locating, and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic automotive knowledge, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories
  • Support service technicians by accurately and efficiently fulfilling internal parts requests
  • Maintain accurate inventory control, including stocking, receiving, and organizing parts
  • Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims
  • Utilize dealership management systems to look up parts, pricing, and availability
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter area
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive parts experience required; dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Honda experience highly preferred
  • Experience with CDK dealership management system a plus
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
