Parts Counter Associate Qualifications

  • 1+ year of parts experience (dealership, retail, or wholesale preferred)
  • Automotive knowledge (Cadillac/KIA a plus, but we’ll train the right person!)
  • Strong customer service & communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (DMS/CDK experience helpful)
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
