Parts Counter Associate Qualifications
  • 1+ year of parts experience (dealership, retail, or wholesale preferred)
  • Automotive knowledge (Cadillac/KIA a plus, but we'll train the right person!)
  • Strong customer service & communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (DMS/CDK experience helpful)
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
