Providing product support knowledge to ensure accurate parts are selected, quoted, sold, packaged and shipped to the customer with correct paperwork. Liaison for intercompany transfers within the RITALKA Organizations. Regular communication with supply chain to ensure accurate stocking levels and lead time generation. Timely communication to internal and external customers.What does the Parts Sales Specialist do at Integral dx?Field communications from all modes of contact in support of parts salesPhone, text, email, online inquires, standard mail, etc. Creating and managing quotesCreating and managing sales ordersProcessing shipments, packing lists, BOLs, and customs paperworkFiling and disseminating paperwork appropriatelySetting up new customer profilesRequisitions transportation quotes from carriersContacts carriers or brokers to make arrangements and to issue delivery or offload instructionsCoordinates all facets of shipping & freightAbility to understand and willingness to follow existing QC processesMRP and documentation processingProcessing product returnsProcessing warranty claimsData analysisParts promotion marketing effortsWhat are we looking for in a quality Parts Sales Specialist?High school degree or GED, Associate's degree preferredComputer skills and experience in Microsoft SuiteExperience using Online services, such as UPS.com for shipping, and navigating the internet for information or productsProfessional email and phone etiquette with order taking skillsCritical thinking skills and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressureAbility to work within ambiguous situationsGeneral knowledge of business-to-business buying/sellingExperience with shipping freight and with general product packagingAbility to read, or learn to read, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and bill of materialsAbility to understand and communicate technical status with engineering and managementReliable transportation with the ability to travel between company locations on occasionAble to sit at a desk for 8 hours/dayOR Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be acceptable.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this position.
