What is a parts associate?

A Parts Associate is a professional responsible for managing, organizing, and distributing automotive or machinery parts within a dealership, warehouse, or service center. Their duties often include assisting customers and technicians in finding the correct parts, maintaining inventory records, processing orders, and ensuring that parts are properly stocked. Parts Associates play a crucial role in keeping service operations running smoothly by ensuring parts are available when needed.
