Job Title: Automotive Parts Sales Retail Associate
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Sales Retail Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right automotive parts for their needs
- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
- Continuously improve knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or retail sales strongly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in point-of-sale systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Requirements
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
โ€ข Able to work on feet (stand and walk) for entire assigned work shift.
โ€ข Capable of lifting and moving parts and boxes of up to 60 pounds.
โ€ข Able to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and able to reach upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary.
โ€ข Able to turn brake drums and rotors, and repair/make up hydraulic hose assemblies (if appropriate).
โ€ข Able to move engine blocks, core barrels, and other heavy equipment with moving aids designed to move such items, including hand trucks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, etc.
