Parts Associates play a crucial role in supporting service technicians by ensuring they have timely access to the correct parts for repairs and maintenance tasks. They often work closely with the service department to verify parts availability, track inventory, and coordinate orders to minimize equipment downtime. Additionally, Parts Associates may communicate with sales and procurement teams to maintain stock levels and assist with special orders.
