Description:
We are seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy, execution, and performance of Asset Management Software's next-generation partner program. In this role, you will build and strengthen channel partnerships with marketing, drive partner engagement, and develop scalable programs that accelerate business growth.
Working closely with our Channel Sales teams and strategic partners, you'll lead joint go-to-market initiatives that generate pipeline from marketing programs, accelerate sales cycles, and increase partner-sourced revenue from marketing. As we continue to expand and evolve our partner program, you'll balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on execution, driving measurable results while building scalable processes and partner relationships. This fast-paced role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, critical thinking, and operational excellence.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Vertical Demand Marketing and leads our marketing efforts engaging with multiple strategic partners and spans joint campaign planning and execution generating pipeline that converts across the lead lifecycle. You'll engage and be supported by our Marketing and Communications team, Operations teams, and Vertical Campaign Managers to integrate the partner plans into our overall go-to-market. In this capacity, you will be the critical voice of the program to both our partners and executive leadership on performance of the program and strategies for growth and scale.
You'll make an impact by:
Partner Strategy & Relationship Management
• Develop partner relationship management strategies and establish joint marketing planning and execution cadences.
• Build new marketing relationships with top strategic partners, serving as the primary point of contact for their partner marketing teams
• Develop and implement joint marketing strategies aligned to pipeline goals - securing partner commitment on campaign tactics, send dates, execution ownership, and follow-up plans
• Partner with Vertical Campaign Marketing leaders to create multi-channel marketing programs spanning email, PR, digital, direct mail, webinars, content marketing, and events.
• Lead recurring touchpoints with partner marketing teams to ensure alignment on results, timelines, and performance against shared goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Management to align marketing strategies with partner sales activities and referral growth.
Business Impact
• Own monthly marketing forecasting for the channel - reviewing opportunity progression, inputting proposed pacing, and identifying risks before they become gaps
• Monitor MQL-to-opportunity conversion, opportunity progression, deal velocity, and win rates on an ongoing basis
• Develop and communicate proactive action plans when pipeline is trending below pace, making tactical adjustments quickly to protect quarterly targets
• Manage marketing partner referral tracking end-to-end - ensuring referrals are properly tagged in Salesforce, opportunities are correctly assigned, and pipeline attribution is clean and accurate. Provide ongoing guidance to Marketing and Sales Operations teams.
Campaign & Program Execution
• Develop quarterly plans aligned to each priority partner, with a cohesive view of all marketing programs, owners, dates, and important metrics shared with internal and partner stakeholders
• Implement integrated partner campaigns that connect digital, BDR outreach, email, direct mail, PR, and sales follow-up into a single coordinated motion - with clear date accountability at every stage
• Think strategically about high-value account targeting within partner ecosystems, applying ABM principles to prioritize and pursue large accounts with tailored, multi-touch programs
• Manage regional events and onsite partner training sessions in coordination with the Events team, owning the partner experience and ensuring on-site execution is seamless
Sales & Channel Enablement
• Build out partner enablement kits that equip partner reps with the messaging, materials, and tools needed to generate and progress Asset Management Software opportunities
• Implement targeting strategies to build pipeline of prospect partners to join the program
• Partner with PR, Digital, Creative, and Sales to deliver cohesive partner product launch strategies - coordinating all workstreams to ensure a unified go-to-market
Program Ownership
• Experience building, launching, and scaling a formal partner marketing program from inception through operational maturity.
• Build and deliver monthly and quarterly Marketing business reviews
• Leverage data analytics to confidently relay program performance and growth activities to executive leadership.
• Own annual partner marketing budget and its planning, with ongoing awareness of spend and return on investment.
Your success is grounded in:
• 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, or related B2B marketing functions, with at least 3 years of experience building and scaling partner marketing programs from the ground up
• Proven success developing and implementing co-marketing and joint go-to-market programs with strategic partners, including campaigns, webinars, events, and other demand generation initiatives that drive measurable pipeline and revenue results
• Strong pipeline forecasting and performance marketing acumen, including the ability to track program effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and adjust strategies to improve results
• Experience establishing new programs, processes, and operational frameworks within a growing or evolving organization
• Highly accountable and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, partner relationships, and workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across Marketing, Communications, Sales, Channel Management, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations, fostering teamwork toward your joint objectives
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive influence skills, including the ability to present data-driven recommendations and program results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, cloud technology, or technology partnership ecosystems
• Experience marketing through indirect channels, alliances, or strategic partnerships
• MBA or advanced business degree
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems involving systems integrators, resellers, consultants, or technology alliances preferred
• Experience mentoring others or leading cross-functional initiatives, with the potential and interest to grow into future people leadership responsibilities as the partner marketing function expands.

The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156,794 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
