We are seeking an experienced Talent Partner to support full-cycle recruiting and help attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, manage candidates throughout the recruiting process, and deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of recruiting or staffing experience, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and demonstrated experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Work Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from requisition intake and sourcing through interviews, offer development, and candidate acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define position requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies for open positions.
  • Create and maintain job requisitions and ensure job requirements and candidate qualifications are clearly documented.
  • Identify and utilize appropriate recruiting channels, including job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, recruiting agencies, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines and professional networks for current and future hiring needs.
  • Review and pre-screen resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and assess candidates against position requirements.
  • Coordinate and support the interview and candidate evaluation process while maintaining accurate recruiting documentation.
  • Provide hiring managers with guidance on candidate selection, market conditions, recruiting strategies, and hiring best practices.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR/Compensation teams, as appropriate, to develop competitive compensation packages and employment offers.
  • Present and support the negotiation of employment offers and manage candidates through offer acceptance and pre-employment activities.
  • Promote a positive company image and provide a professional, engaging candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with staffing agencies, recruiting vendors, contractors, and other external recruiting partners.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and quality of recruiting sources and external agencies and provide feedback as appropriate.
  • Support employment background checks and other pre-employment requirements, as needed.
  • Participate in recruiting initiatives such as college recruiting, career fairs, talent pipeline development, and other employment programs as needed.
  • Maintain recruiting data and documentation and support compliance with applicable company policies and employment requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR colleagues and business leaders to support broader talent acquisition and workforce objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and offer management.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and/or recruiting agencies.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting or candidate management tools.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in a technology, semiconductor, optics, photonics, manufacturing, or similarly fast-paced industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Familiarity with employment practices, recruiting compliance, and applicable hiring requirements.
  • Experience supporting university or college recruiting programs, career fairs, or other talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.

This is an onsite position requiring employees to work in the office five days per week. The successful candidate should be comfortable working closely and collaboratively with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders in an onsite environment.

Pay Range: P50-USA-1 :$97,050.00 - $138,650.00
