Our Expectations

The individual responsible for implementing the vendor compliance policy will also be in charge of various vendor performance analysis functions and identifying opportunities to improve related processes. They will act as a subject matter expert, responsible for collecting, entering, reviewing, and analyzing data in order to summarize and report on vendor performance. They will also be responsible for promoting alignment among internal stakeholders through open and inclusive communication.

Your Role
  • Prepare and review vendor scorecards within the vendor management system

  • Analyze and process claims and reimbursement requests

  • Prepare and submit month-end financial reports

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely conflict resolution

  • Ensure the monitoring and communication of key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and contractual obligations

  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives

  • Actively engage with vendors on open items and provide timely resolution

  • Take a proactive approach to improving collaboration and increasing compliance throughout the order lifecycle

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting and contributing to best practices, new tools, process reengineering, and other efficiency-driven initiatives

  • Assist in preparing monthly performance reviews for leadership

  • Maintain documentation and data in the vendor management system for audit purposes

Qualifications We Are Looking For
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain support (sales forecasting, procurement, project delivery)

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, logistics, engineering, operations research, or a related field

  • Strong proficiency in MS Access and MS Excel

  • Knowledge of JDA tools (demand, execution, order optimization) is an asset

  • Solid understanding of procurement principles and processes

  • Strong business acumen and communication skills

  • Analytical mindset; expertise in solving complex technical problems

  • Strong sense of partnership with multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
