About the Role
The Performance Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to embed the performance and talent cycle within the organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role oversees the performance and talent management processes by identifying key data points across the organization and tailoring the implementation to different audiences based on their unique needs. Additionally, you will also implement programs to upskill our managers, drive healthy performance and talent practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your 'day to day'
  • Develop, implement, and manage My Performance assuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
  • Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance the performance management skills of managers and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to performance management.
  • Foster a culture of growth, continuous learning and high performance within the organization, work in partnership with the L&D team.
  • Collaborate with the Labor Relations team to ensure consistency in the process, particularly concerning improvement plans.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in performance management and success factors.
  • Manage the Talent review process, ensuring it aligns with organizational KPIs and fosters the development of a robust leadership pipeline. Document development actions and follow up on their completion to ensure continuous progress and accountability.

Who we're looking for
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in People & Culture, with a focus on performance management.
  • Proven experience in managing performance management systems and tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Fluent in English.
