Job description

Marketing Intern (Contract) At BIOTRONIK Neuro, we're ready to redefine relief for patients experiencing chronic pain. Leveraging BIOTRONIK's advanced cardiovascular technologies, BIOTRONIK Neuro has created a new approach to SCS therapy management: one that's not just implanted, but truly connected to the needs of patients and providers. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our marketing team through the end of 2026.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field who is looking to gain hands‐on experience in healthcare marketing operations, materials development, and cross‐functional coordination. This position combines administrative support with foundational marketing execution responsibilities and offers exposure to medical education programs, sales enablement tools, and regulated marketing review processes. We are open to remote candidates for this position.

Key Responsibilities Update existing marketing materials to reflect new clinical data, messaging refinements, and competitive insights, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved claims. Serve as project owner for marketing materials moving through internal review and approval workflows, coordinating cross‐functional input, making updates based on feedback, and tracking timelines to ensure timely completion. Administer distribution of key marketing tools and materials to the sales team by partnering with sales managers and tracking allocation as needed.

Generate and manage contracts and invoice processing for physician speakers and advisors, including ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Assist with travel bookings and logistical coordination for physician consultants and event attendees. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (required).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in a remote environment with cross‐functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with SmartSheets and content review systems (such as Veeva or Wrike) and/or project management tools is a plus.

Ability to do hands‐on graphic design a plus. Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences preferred. Travel Occasional travel may be required, up to 15%.
