The Partner Communications team amplifies Apple's brand and drives customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives with our partners. We collaborate with some of the world's leading companies to create innovative campaigns and experiences that reach customers in new and impactful ways, ultimately contributing to Apple's overall marketing success.
Description
The Partner Communications Manager, US Hispanic is responsible for driving marketing innovation and raising the creative bar with indirect Channel Partners, while upholding the integrity of the Apple brand. This role strategically leads marketing effectiveness through Apple's partner channels, influencing global strategies, fostering collaboration, and ensuring impactful communications that resonate with customers.","responsibilities":"Drive innovative partner strategies and impactful creative work for Apple products and services.
Develop creative work through a deep understanding of the Apple brand, our partner’s brands, commercial priorities, market trends and challenges.
Collaborate with global teams to understand macro and communications trends for Apple services and products.

Work closely with Partner Communications teams to develop strategies and communication plans.
Develop and drive processes to improve the quality and efficiency of partner work.
Collaborate extensively across internal and external teams, including carriers, retailers, banks, small & medium businesses, and media content providers.
Inspire and contribute to the global network of Geo Partner Communications Managers, sharing best practices and takeaways.
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for phenomenal work, with skillful ability to influence both external and internal collaborators.
Drives thoughtful strategy, builds innovative communication plans, and develops extraordinary creative and integrated campaigns.
Thrives in a cross-functional team, flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment as a member of a high-performing team, with the ability to lead.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; can build and maintain positive relationships with collaborators at peer and manager all levels.
Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced business degree.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in marketing communications in an international account management and/or strategy role at an Advertising or Creative Agency and/or Brand, focused on building brands and driving business results.
Experience in analyzing partner businesses, marketing strategies, and consumer insights (B2C and B2B) to identify opportunities and develop effective communication strategies.
Digital and social platform experience (e-commerce, content, CRM, customer segmentation, personalized marketing techniques, performance marketing, digital in-store), delivering a compelling product experience and marketing optimization and testing throughout the customer journey across markets.
Experience with US Hispanic or multicultural audiences.
Fluent in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $186,300 and $280,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
