WPS Behavioral and Counseling Center is on the lookout for a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team. As an LPC at WPS, you will engage with young adults in our outpatient treatment programs, specifically through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group sessions that foster connection and shared learning among clients. You will create a safe space for individuals to express themselves, share experiences, and learn from one another.
• Delivering Individual Therapy: Offer empathetic, one-on-one counseling to help clients reflect on their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You will guide them in developing personalized coping strategies and actionable plans.
• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to craft individualized, goal-centered treatment plans that are reflective of their unique needs and aspirations.
• Monitoring Client Progress: Utilize various assessment tools to evaluate clients' progress, providing ongoing feedback and modifying treatment plans as needed.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate treatment for complex cases.

Our primary focus is on serving young adults aged 18 to 30 who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. • Master’s Degree: A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Licensure: Candidates must hold a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
