HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering short, high-intensity workouts that combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise. Members enjoy a variety of virtual workouts including Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and more—all designed to help members get more workout in less time!
WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a HOTWORX TSA, you'll help create an energetic and welcoming experience while growing our membership. Responsibilities include:
- Sell new memberships and help meet sales goals
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
- Conduct studio tours for prospective members
- Greet members and guests with energy and enthusiasm
- Build relationships and provide excellent member service
- Encourage member engagement and retention
- Post on Social Media
- Participate in community outreach and lead generation
- Sell retail products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio
- Complete daily opening/closing and studio responsibilities
- Sales-focused and motivated to earn commissions and bonuses
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others
