Familiarity with class management tools, online teaching platforms, and basic first aid certification is typically required. Part-time yoga instructors often juggle teaching commitments at various studios or gyms, which requires strong time management skills to avoid burnout. Many instructors schedule personal practice sessions outside of teaching hours to maintain their own well-being and deepen their skills.
