Women's Imaging Specialists is hiring a part-time X-Ray/DEXA Technologist for our beautiful Foley, AL location. Join a team committed to excellent imaging services, all aspects of X-Ray imaging and patient care.

What you'll do:
  • Capture x-ray images and DEXA Bone Screening for diagnosis and treatment purposes
  • Communicate with patients for education and to calm fears and anxiety, being warm, compassionate and caring
  • Ensure proper protection coverage of the patient to avoid over-exposure to radiation
  • Perform equipment QC based on the manufacturer's recommendations
  • Maintain proper maintenance, quality control records, and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure that preventative maintenance and inspections of equipment are done in a timely manner

  • Required: A minimum of 2 years working experience in a healthcare facility as an X-Ray Technologist
