We’re looking for a passionate, ethical SLP to provide one-on-one services to students with special needs. Our team runs on empathy, respect, creativity, and a healthy dose of nerdiness, and we’re data-driven about helping students who learn differently find their voice.

Newly licensed or early in your career? We’d like to hear from you, as long as you hold an active SLP license. Already have school-based or pediatric experience? Even better – see below.

This is a part-time, at-will position based in Spokane. The work is hybrid with limited travel, or fully virtual. As a part-time role, it does not qualify for benefits or overtime.

  • Pay: $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience

  • Hybrid or 100% remote, with occasional travel to LLC sites

What You’ll DoStudent Support
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify each student’s communication needs

  • Build student programs and draft IEP goals in consultation with the LLC team

  • Align IEP goals with internal and external compliance timelines and instructional standards

Tools & Sites
  • Use LLC technology and systems

  • Travel to LLC locations on occasion

What We’re Looking For
  • A current SLP license (CCC-SLP or Washington equivalent) – required

  • Comfort working independently across a range of situations

  • Strong, practical problem-solving

  • Ability to follow instructions in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form

Even better if you bring:

  • School-based or pediatric SLP experience

  • Experience writing and managing IEP goals

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
  • Sit or stand for extended periods

  • Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 5 pounds; grasp, reach, handle, talk, and hear

  • Occasional exposure to heat, cold, or wet conditions when traveling to a site

  • Physical activity and occasional physical management of a student, which may present a risk of injury on a very occasional basis when traveling to a site

  • Very occasional potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens when traveling to a site
