Five Points Learning is a dedicated and results-driven learning program currently serving the greater New York City area. We specialize in providing academic assistance, standardized test preparation and high school and college admissions consulting.
Job Description
We are looking for a part-time office assistant to assist with:
- grading exams
- proctoring exams
- data entry
- filing documents
- scanning documents
- scheduling students and staff members
- answer phone
- billing and collecting payments
- keeping the office clean and organized
The ideal candidate is someone that is punctual, organized, and detail oriented. A friendly disposition is a plus as are strong communication skills. Familiarity with computers and technology are important as we use a lot of software.
Qualifications
1) Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree also a plus.
2) Excellent written English and Grammar.
3) Ability to answer phones when asked
4) Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
5) Knowledge of Google Office a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
