Part-Time Academic Instructor/Tutor Job Posting
Bonny Eagle Adult Education is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructor to
teach a HiSET writing preparation class and to tutor students during the fall and spring
semesters. Help students build confidence, strengthen their writing skills, and work
toward earning their high school equivalency. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a
meaningful difference by supporting adult learners as they work toward achieving their
high school equivalency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must have a State of Maine Adult Education endorsement in a HiSET content
area (ELA, Social Studies, Science, or Math), or eligibility to obtain one
- Preferred: Maine K 12 certification in a HiSET content area
- Current CHRC required
