PART-TIME ADMIN SECRETARY - Farmington Hills
THE COMPANY
ROWE Professional Services Company is an employee-owned, full-service professional consulting firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, aerial photography/mapping, LiDAR, landscape architecture, planning, and land development. We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Secretary to support office in Farmington Hills, MI. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who values schedule flexibility and thrives in a professional setting. The position requires at least 16 hours per week but can accommodate up to 24 hours per week. The preferred minimum schedule is two 8-hour days on Tuesdays and Thursdays, although the role will offer flexibility based on candidate's needs.
POSITION SUMMARY
In this role, you will join a six-person admin team that supports a staff of 275 professionals across all eight ROWE locations. Primary responsibilities include reviewing, editing, and formatting technical documents; entering detailed data; preparing reports and presentations; and drafting routine correspondence. Additional responsibilities include:
• Provide reception support, including greeting guests and clients, answering a multi-line phone system, processing mail, and coordinating UPS shipments.
• Handle production-related administrative tasks such as copying, binding, and filing.
• Maintain inventory for office and kitchen supplies.
• Provide intake support to survey clients and perform follow-up activities for Survey PMs.
• Coordinate conference rooms, schedule meetings, and assist with all luncheons and company-sponsored events.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
