General Statement of Duties
Performs related tasks as required to support Public Building Maintenance, Repair, and Improvements. Work is performed under general supervision and is reviewed for lasting quality, appearance and functionality through conference, inspection, and records. Position normally involves 19 hours/week.
Essential Duties and Tasks
Responsibilities include general building and grounds maintenance, repair, and improvements. Work includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC maintenance, carpentry, painting, landscaping, clearing debris, parking lot repairs, delivery of paper, lighting projects, and other general duties as required.
Knowledges, Skills and Abilities
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have knowledge of general maintenance and landscaping.
Must have ability to lift heavy weight up to 100lbs.
Must be able to work outside.
Skill in the use of tools and assigned equipment.
Desirable Education and Experience
Graduation from high school. Prefer experience in related trade skills and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
