What is a Part Time Windchill Support role?

A Part Time Windchill Support role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for users of the Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, but on a part-time basis. These professionals help resolve software issues, assist with user account management, support data migration, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Windchill system. They may also be responsible for training users and maintaining documentation related to the use and configuration of Windchill. Working part-time allows for flexible hours, making this position suitable for those seeking work-life balance or supplemental income.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Part Time Windchill Support, and why are they important?
