Job description

We have a fantastic Part Time Housekeeper opportunity available! Join us at our beautiful apartment community in Fort Worth, TX!
Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience.
Location: Bexley at Left Bank
Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $16.50/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses
Bonus*: Eligible for a $500 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing. (*For the stay on bonus - the recruiter can discuss the details. Stay with us and be awesome and you get this great bonus!)
Hours per week: Part Time - 20 hours per week
Schedule - two options (which one works for you):
  • Option #1: Monday-Friday 12-5pm
  • Option #2: 2 full days and 1 half day during the week (between the hours of 8am-5pm)

This is a permanent long term role, not temporary or seasonal.

Things Candidates Should Know Before Starting
  • You will get dirty: Tasks include cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, clean and stock coffee station, cleaning vacant and model units and completing freshens in the model and vacant ready homes, and other potentially unpleasant (but necessary) duties.
  • Repetition is part of the job: Many tasks (like cleaning the clubhouse) are daily, recurring responsibilities.
  • This is a busy and physically demanding role:. This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks. The person in this position must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
