Hours: 15-20 hours per week
About the Role
Our Tennis Shop Attendant is the first person the member sees when they walk into the Tennis Shop.
Responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring tennis court reservations throughout shift
  • Greeting members and guests entering facility
  • Filling requisitions for food, drinks, and snacks behind the counter and keeping full stock.
  • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages such as:
    • sports drinks, soda, water
    • pouring beers from beer kegs
    • serving wine
    • making mixed liquor drinks - a select few
  • Must be available to work weeknight evenings and weekends (AM or PM).
  • Communicating between tennis professionals, maintenance staff, tennis management, and other clubhouse departments
  • Keeping work area clean and tidy
  • Checking out members with merchandise through Northstar POS system
