House of Hope, a non-profit organization, is seeking a part-time weekends only Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team! The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) position involves ensuring the provision of a safe and therapeutic environment for clients. Part-time shifts currently available Weekends Only Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Required) - 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
One year of BHT experience preferred.
Experience working with the substance abuse population preferred.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Computer literate.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the behavior and activities of clients by patrolling the perimeter and dorms, reporting any concerns to clinical staff regarding the health, safety, or wellbeing of clients.
  • Provide clients with training or assistance with basic daily living skills and personal hygiene services as needed.
  • Provide positive reinforcement and support clients.
  • Performs other BHT responsibilities as assigned.
