Weekend Housekeeper – Part-Time

Epworth Villa | Oklahoma City, OK
Starting Pay: $14+/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

At Epworth Villa, housekeeping is about more than keeping things tidy. Our Housekeepers help create a comfortable, welcoming environment for the residents who call our community home.

Epworth Villa is a faith-based, nonprofit Life Plan Community guided by our mission of “Enhancing Lives so People Thrive.” We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team on a part-time weekend schedule.

Your Role

Working Friday through Sunday, you’ll help keep resident apartments and shared areas throughout the community clean, sanitary, and comfortable. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Providing scheduled housekeeping services in resident apartments
  • Cleaning common areas such as offices, lobbies, lounges, hallways, elevators, stairways, and restrooms
  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
  • Dusting furniture and other surfaces
  • Cleaning carpets, rugs, upholstery, windows, doors, walls, and woodwork as needed
  • Emptying waste containers and taking trash to designated disposal areas
  • Replenishing restroom and bathroom supplies
  • Moving furniture or other items when necessary to complete cleaning tasks
  • Completing required emergency pull-cord testing
  • Following established housekeeping, sanitation, and safety procedures
What We're Looking For

You don't need an extensive housekeeping background to be considered. We're looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and committed to doing quality work.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to understand and follow cleaning and safety procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, kneel, squat, reach, and perform other physical tasks associated with housekeeping
