Part-Time Weekend Receptionist

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to join our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Welcome and assist residents and guests with a warm, professional attitude
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage basic administrative tasks
  • Help keep the reception area organized and running smoothly
  • Receive, sort and organize mail and deliveries
  • Schedule beauty and barber appointments
  • Support and serve as back up to other Business Office team members
  • Perform other clerical duties: filing, scanning, copying, faxing, etc., 

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Previous receptionist or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule: Weekends, part-time
