Job description

Job Summary:
The UPS Store #6828 is seeking a Part-Time Center Associate to join our team in Gilbertsville and Douglassville, PA. This is an hourly, part-time, position, with weekend rotating shifts  The Part-Time Center Associate will be responsible for providing superior customer service, sale of all products and services, upholding quality standards, and ensuring prompt processing of customer orders.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position is hourly, with the shift being weekdays and some rotating weekends. The compensation is $13 to $15 per hour, paid biweekly. 
Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Process customer orders effectively and efficiently
• Promote the sale of products and services
• Ensure accuracy in the processing of customer orders
• Assist with store operations by stocking, organizing, and maintaining the customer service counter area
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails
• Provide additional support to the store Manager as requested
• Other duties as assigned


Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience a plus
• Computer literate with experience in printers, copiers, and other electronic equipment
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability to work part-time schedule
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
