Position Summary

This Warehouse Runner position is responsible for the stocking and rotation of products at all concession locations on a daily basis. This position will also assist in receiving and storing all products and maintaining and cleaning food service equipment. Prior experience within a food service environment is essential.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $11.00- $13.00.

Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

This position will remain open until November 13, 2026.

About the Venue

The Bank of Oklahoma Center, also known as the BOK Center, is located downtown and serves as the premier sports and entertainment venue of the greater Tulsa region. Offering a 19,199-seat multi-purpose arena and 565,000 total square feet designed to accommodate concerts, family shows, and other special events, it has been named on multiple occasions one of the country's best venues.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for helping set up and stocking all concession stands and portable locations.
  • Attention to detail, including company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all concession stands by removing all trash and recyclables.
  • Responsible for rotating food products during the stocking process to ensure the freshest products are being served to guests.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of foodservice / hospitality experience; similar venue experience a plus.
  • Food service certification.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects frequently. 
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
