Part-Time Floating Pharmacist – Rural Community Pharmacy (No Nights/Weekends)

Location: Sumner & Strawberry Point, IA
Schedule: Flexible | No nights | No weekends
Hours: 8–24 hours per week (guaranteed)
Pay: $60–$70 per hour

We are seeking a Part-Time Floating Pharmacist to support our rural community pharmacies in Sumner and Strawberry Point. This role offers the opportunity to practice patient-focused pharmacy with time to build relationships, strong technician support, and the ability to fully use your clinical skills—without the burnout of traditional retail settings.


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered pharmacy care
  • Float primarily between Sumner and Strawberry Point locations
  • Perform medication counseling and clinical decision-making
  • Utilize clinical skills including:
    • Point-of-care testing
    • Immunization review and administration
  • Work collaboratively with experienced pharmacy technicians
