We are Bellamy Assisted Living located in Dover, NH, and we are looking for the best and brightest to help us change long term care. At Bellamy Assisted Living we believe that happy, appreciated staff leads to happy residents, and that is what we are all about.


Part-Time Evenings; every other weekend; and holiday rotation is required.

Position Summary
The Part-Time Evening Life Enrichment Assistant helps plan and lead activities that promote social, emotional, and physical well-being for our residents. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, compassionate, and enjoys spending time with seniors in a smaller, home-like setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, organizing, and leading evening activities (games, music, crafts, social programs, movies, discussion groups, etc.)

  • Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to individual needs and abilities

  • Escort and assist residents to and from programs within the building

  • Help with set-up and clean-up of program spaces and supplies

  • Support special events and seasonal programs as needed

  • Build positive, supportive relationships with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

  • Experience working with seniors or in activities/recreation is helpful, but not required

  • Friendly, patient, and upbeat personality with a genuine interest in older adults

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable engaging small groups and individuals

  • Reliable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to assist with light physical tasks, including pushing wheelchairs

  • Must pass background checks and any required health screenings
