At COBS Bread Driftwood Mall, we're more than just a bakery. We're a team of hardworking, friendly people who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and fresh baked goods to our community every day.

We're looking for a Part-Time Sales Assistant who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

Whether you're a student, a parent returning to the workforce, semi-retired, or simply looking for flexible part-time employment, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our bakery. You'll help customers find their favourite products, keep our displays stocked and looking great, and work alongside a supportive team to create a positive bakery experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing friendly and engaging customer service
  • Serving customers and operating the cash register
  • Merchandising and stocking bakery products
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bakery
  • Promoting seasonal products and bakery specials
  • Assisting with product finishing and packaging as required
  • Working collaboratively with the bakery team
  • Following food safety and operational procedures

This is a part-time position with approximately 10–25 hours per week, including weekday, evening, and weekend shifts.
