About the Role:
THE RANGE IN MCKINNEY is looking for a friendly and organized Welcome Desk Coordinator to be the first face our members/guests see when they walk through the door. This is an exciting opportunity to be the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations in McKinney, where every interaction matters and great energy is always welcome.
This position is weekends (Sat - 10:00 - 6:00, Sun - 12:00 - 6:00) - and special events if needed.
**MUST BE OVER 21**

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in guests with a proper attitude
  • Manage front desk operations including phone calls, walk-in inquiries, manage waitlist and waivers
  • Schedule appointments, reservations, or lane/bay bookings as applicable
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth guest flow 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting welcome area at all times
  • Address member/guest questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, outgoing personality
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to say "NO" when needed.
