Doug Fir Veterinary Care is an independently owned small animal practice in beautiful West Linn, Oregon. Founded in 2025 by two sisters and a veterinarian, our mission is to create a veterinary clinic where exceptional medicine, genuine relationships, and a supportive team culture come together.

We believe the best patient care happens when every team member has a voice. Our collaborative approach allows veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and client care representatives to work together to provide compassionate, individualized care for every patient and family.

Job Description: 
  • Our newly built veterinary practice is thoughtfully designed with modern technology and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. 
  • We are equipped with in-house laboratory diagnostics, ultrasound, digital radiography, laser therapy, a fully equipped surgical suite, experienced CVT’s and support staff, and progressive practice software. 
  • We offer AI scribe and 30-minute appointments and are not open weekends.
  • We are seeking a part-time associate veterinarian who enjoys practicing progressive medicine, values teamwork, has an interest in urgent care. 
  • We are open to being flexible with hours added in the future as we grow but are currently looking for someone who can work 10-hour shifts (with 1hour for lunch) on Fridays and/or Mondays.

Requirements: 
  • An active Oregon DVM license, DEA, and USDA accreditation in good standing.
