Stock Runner & Sales Associate (Part-Time)

What we’re looking for…

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for energetic and dependable individuals who can support our stores by keeping inventory flowing smoothly and delivering an exciting guest experience on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, organized, and customer-focused in a fast-paced retail environment and who brings prior stockroom experience to the team.
*This position will vary in hours, but will try to hover around 10 hours per week, with the possibility of increase based on performance, efficiency, and reliability.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Receive, process, and organize incoming stock shipments efficiently, quickly, and accurately
  • Maintain stockroom organization and ensure efficient inventory flow
  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as needed
  • Support merchandising, price changes, and daily store tasks
  • Assist customers on the sales floor with product knowledge and demonstrations
  • Create a fun and interactive atmosphere through customer engagement
  • Drive sales through suggestive selling, sharing product knowledge, and demoing (playing) with the product
  • Achieve and maintain sales goals and key performance metrics

What you’ll need to be successful…

  • Minimum 1–2 years of stockroom, inventory, or logistics experience
  • High level of energy and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask between stockroom duties and sales floor support
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays); Open availability is preferred.
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize product (physical role)
  • Retail experience is an asset
